Dan Turetsky received his doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2010, under the supervision of Steffen Lempp, and has since held positions at Victoria University in Wellington, the Kurt Gödel Research Center in Vienna, and (currently) Notre Dame University. He studies many aspects of computability theory.
